The TAGBASE Agent is on every page of these docs. Open it with the sparkles button in the top bar, or press ⌘K and pick Ask the AI. The conversation follows you as you move between pages, and it is still there after a reload.
Ask the agent
The agent answers from these pages, and it opens the page you ask for. It runs on our own AI, so you can use it before you have an account.
AI can be wrong, so check anything you’re about to build on. When the docs do not cover your question, the agent says so and points at the nearest section.
Talk to a human
Ask for a human and the agent passes the conversation on. Readers without a TAGBASE account can ask too.
We get the chat with everything said so far, and the reply arrives in the same panel, in green, under Moved the conversation to a human. While a human has the chat, the agent keeps quiet instead of talking over the person answering you.
Stay on the page while you wait, because the answer lands in the panel you asked from. We do not watch the chat around the clock, so write your email address into the chat if you want the answer by mail.
Back to the agent
Back to the Agent sits above the message box for as long as a human has the chat. Press it and the agent picks up the same conversation, history and all, and says hello to show it is listening again. Press it whenever you like, also right after asking for a human by mistake.
The TAGBASE team can hand the chat back as well, and Moved the conversation back to the agent marks that moment either way. To drop the history and begin again instead, press + at the top of the panel.
