Using the TAGBASE Portal

Log in, manage your products, and monitor scans — all in one place.

The TAGBASE Portal gives you full control over your demo tags and product data. Once you log in, you can update product details, track verification scans, and explore live usage insights — all from a simple web interface.


Step 1: Log In at app.tagbase.io

Visit https://app.tagbase.io and enter your login credentials. These were sent to your email along with your demo kit.

Step 2: Explore the Dashboard

After logging in, you'll see your TAGBASE dashboard. It gives you an overview of:

  • Your active tags and products

  • Recent verification activity

  • Links to tag management, product editing, and analytics


Step 3: Manage Your Products

Go to the Products section to:

  • Edit product titles, descriptions, and images

  • Upload PDFs, certificates, or user manuals

  • Add optional videos or brand content

  • Preview the customer-facing verification screen

Any changes you make will be instantly reflected when a customer taps a tag.


Step 4: Monitor Verifications in Real Time

In the Verifications section, you’ll find two key tools:

🗺 Live Verification Map

  • See where your tags are being scanned around the world

  • Monitor real-time usage during campaigns or launches

📜 Verification History

  • View the history of scans by product, time, or location

  • Track unusual activity or unauthorized access attempts

  • Export verification data for internal records or reports
